Taurine provides antioxidant support, increases mitochondrial protein synthesis, and has been shown to improve cardiac and endothelial functions.
Posologie
xAdults: Mix 2 servings (60 g) well per day in 375-500 ml of liquid (water, juice, etc.), immediately before consumption with food, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Avoid taking the product at bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
