HMF Immune combines proprietary strains of human-sourced probiotics with vitamins C and D to provide targeted support to the immune system. Each once-daily chewable tablet contains a blend of five research-derived probiotic strains from the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium genera. As nearly 80% of the body's immunologically active cells are located in the lymphoid tissue associated with the digestive tract, an important relationship has been observed between the intestines and the immune system. In addition to supporting gastrointestinal health, HMF Immune contains Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (Bl-04), which underwent a clinical study that demonstrated its ability to reduce the incidence and duration of upper respiratory tract diseases in physically active adults. Also, this product contains the strains Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 and CUL-21), Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (CUL-34) and Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20), which were clinically studied and demonstrated to support the upper respiratory tract when combined with vitamin C. To further support immune function, HMF Immune contains vitamins C and D.
