Iron liquid is a convenient and highly available liquid iron formula that contributes to the formation of red blood cells and promotes their proper functioning. Iron is an important component of hemoglobin in red blood cells and myoglobin in muscle cells, where it is needed for the transport of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Iron liquid from Pure Encapsulations contains SunActive® Fe, a highly bioavailable form of micronized water-soluble iron. Research indicates that the bioavailability of SunActive® Fe iron pyrophosphate is similar to that of ferrous sulfate. In a 16-week, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study in 122 women, supplementation supported healthy iron status, including hemoglobin, ferritin, and transferrin saturation. Posologie
xAdults: Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with food. Wait at least two hours before or after taking other medications.
