Posologie
xAdults: Take 1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Do not drive or operate heavy equipment for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you use this product for more than 4 weeks.
