Adults: Take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 12 weeks. Note that 5-HTP may not be suitable for taking SSRI and MAOI type medications without clinical supervision.
