V-Enzymes is the gold standard in digestion support products for vegans. The formula serves to reduce complex nutrients from food, digesting proteins, lipids and complex carbohydrates to allow for optimal assimilation. The effects of one V-Enzymes capsule on the digestion of beef, egg white and zucchini (items providing a typical protein, fat and carbohydrate profile) have been investigated in the laboratory. In vitro experiments simulated intestinal conditions, including pH adjustments and simulated the “stirring and spraying” of the stomach (via stomacher bag and mixture incubated at 37°C/98.6°F). In all cases, the added V-Enzymes liquefied the food compared to the control where there was only a stomach spray.
Posologie
